Comprehensive Rules-Based and Preferences Induced Weights Allocation in Group Decision-Making with BUI

چکیده

Abstract Decision-makers’ subjective preferences can be well modeled using preference aggregation operators and related induced weights allocation mechanisms. However, when several different types of occur in some decision environment with more complex uncertainties, repeated uses sometimes become unsuitable or less reasonable. In this work, we discuss a common where invited experts will offer their respective evaluation values for certain object. There are three which significantly affect the allocations from experts. Instead unsuitably performing times independently then merging results together convex combination as literatures recently did, propose organic comprehensive rules-based screen method to first rule out unqualified take refined group A numerical example business management decision-making is presented show cognitive reasonability practical feasibility.

Dealing with Incompleteness of Preferences in Group Decision Making Problems

While considering processes of decision making we often encounter the problem of incomplete information. In group decision making (GDM) problems each decision maker is supposed to provide a matrix that describes his/her preferences over the set of given options. However, we have to take into account that an expert can not be able to define his/her preferences about all the options. Usually the ...

Time-Consistent Majority Rules and Heterogenous Preferences in Group Decision-Making

This paper studies a collective decision problem in which a group of individuals with interdependent preferences vote whether or not to implement a public project of unknown value. A utilitarian social planner aggregates these votes according to a majority rule; but, unlike what is commonly assumed in the literature, the planner is unable to commit to the rule before votes are cast. Characteriz...

Interval-Valued Hesitant Fuzzy Method based on Group Decision Analysis for Estimating Weights of Decision Makers

In this paper, a new soft computing group decision method based on the concept of compromise ratio is introduced for determining decision makers (DMs)' weights through the group decision process under uncertainty. In this method, preferences and judgments of the DMs or experts are expressed by linguistic terms for rating the industrial alternatives among selected criteria as well as the relativ...

Goal programming-based post-disaster decision making for allocation and scheduling the rescue units in natural disaster with time-window

Natural disasters, such as earthquakes, tsunamis, and hurricanes cause enormous harm during each year. To reduce casualties and economic losses in the response phase, rescue units must be allocated and scheduled efficiently, such that it is a key issues in emergency response. In this paper, a multi-objective mix integer nonlinear programming model (MOMINLP) is proposed to minimize sum of weight...
